Just like deleting any other app. Hold your finger down on the icon for the app until it starts to "wobble"; at that point hit the little red and white "X" in the corner of the icon. Once you've done this, hit the home button to make the apps stop "wobbling".
Or if it was an app you downloaded in Cydia, the easiest way to do that is to download "cydelete" then you just tap and hold the app until it starts to wiggle, then delete.
