Data transfer phone to i pad

Can i transfer the data(contacts,pics,passwords,etc) from an i phone 4s to a i pad? Will i be able to put(data) it back on the phone after a reset? And how to do it if possible. Thank you

Yes you can. If you already set up iCloud you just need to enable what you want to share between the iPad and the iPhone (contact, photos, doc&data, etc). If you need to reset the iPhone or iPad to the factory setting just do the usual procedure for restoring a backup. All the data will still be there.

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

If you're putting the data back onto your phone, just use iTunes to backup, then restore afterwards.
