Cut the Rope is about to get a Valentine’s Day makeover, with a new update due to arrive in the App Store on or just before February 14, according to Pocket Gamer. The new update features a further 25 levels, and features candy-lover Om Nom as a be-winged Cupid! A whole new dimension has also been added to gameplay, with the new “split-candy”, which requires you to combine two pieces of candy before feeding it to Om Nom to complete the level.

“This 1.2 update is our gift to you this Valentine’s Day for being the greatest fans out there,” says Efim Voinov, CTO of developer ZeptoLab. “We hope players love the new box, levels and features just as much as we enjoyed creating it. Thank you for the continued support, we are already working closely with Chillingo to enhance the game and I think fans will be extremely delighted!”
