I just recently upgraded from an iPhone 3G to an iPhone 4. I've still got my Contour Surface Surround Compact Car Kit but even after pairing it I have the same problem as before.
I find when people ring me rather than automatically going to the Contour unit so I can talk to them the call still just goes to my iPhone and I have to select the menu selection for the call to go to my Contour unit for me to talk to them. My iPhone is paired to this bluetooth device.
This is a potentially a dangerous problem as I have to look down at my iPhone to select the menu while I'm driving. Is there any way of setting it up so the call automatically goes to my Contour unit?
I have my iPhone sitting in a Belkin TuneBase Direct. Although I might look for something new as this is not as rigid as it was before and it awkwardly placed.
