Contacts not being added right

I have tried to add a contact after getting an email and phone call from her but for some reason it is not showing up in the address book with the others. This is in the regular contact app. It is saved in there somewhere because he name now appears in the call log so I don't know what to do.

Does anyone know why?

I will suggest to open the contacts app and click at the top left corner where it say "Groups" then click "All Contacts"

See if you can see them after, if so... then go back and check where they are going. Sample I have iCloud and Exchange contacts.

I checked all contacts and it is not there. I also synced with my computer and still nothing. I can see the contact card if I go through recent calls or email but not though the address book.
