Changing the text colors

Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to change the colors of the text bubbles, background & fonts. I am trying to locate the SYSTEM files folder on the phone, I am using iphonefunbox and not only can I not find the system folder, I cannot find anything remotely resembling that. Anyone have any ideas? Help?
