changed over screen on my 3gs but no go!!!

i changed over my iphone 3gs glass screen in the process i think i may have damaged the digital gismo as well-looks like now its cracked and kinda 'spreading'-tried to power up and now nothing only a white screen and that's it. what have i done? is it shot? tried reset but nothing.

May have damaged the LCD cable if it gets bent your screwed. Someone else may chime in but thats what I think may have happened.
