Change the stock icon color?

Is there a way to keep the stock apps but change there color? Like make them white or blue or green, by using winterboard only?

You would either have to find a theme that's like that or make one yourself

Find the app folder and copy all icons to your desktop and photoshop them. Have to have sbsettings installed. I believe the folder will be in private/var/stash/'app folder'. I changed my bitesms this way except I used already created icons

Bigify+ let's you do things like that to your stock apps I think
