Capital letters for someone's name

I wonder if anyone can help. Whenever I type someone's name on a text/SMS I get the whole name in capitals not just the first letter! It's driving me mad & if I delete letters & try to re type it, it happens again & won't let me have it in small case !!! HELP PLEASE !!! Thank you

Is the name all in CAPs in the contacts list?

Make sure when you delete the capital letters you tap the arrow (above the 123, next to the Z) once again because it just reinserts those capitals

Type a letter like "t"at the end of the name then delete the characters up to the second letter and retype the characters you deleted. All will be in lower case. It worked for me !!

Yes all my contacts are in Capitals but it does other names not in my contacts in caps too. Thanks for helping!
