Can't Find a Tweak

I'm looking for a Notification Center tweak that I saw on a random YouTube video that I can't find. Unless my eyes were playing tricks on me, I'm pretty sure the tweak allowed you to tap on the label (if you have 3 messages in notification center, tap Messages with the icon by it; sorry, it's difficult to put into words) and the messages under it almost minimize or hide until you tap Messages again. Again, sorry for the poor explanation.

it MIGHT be "LockInfo" - I had it on my iphone 4 and it was great so I bought it. I am currently trying IntelliscreenX - you may want to check that out as well.

That may have been it, but it was a bit overbearing and cumbersome. It seemed to take control of my notification center. Fantastic suggestion though. Thanks.
