Can't enter email address in the TO: section ?

4S, I notice at times when composing a email or sending pictures via email when I click in the TO: field nothing happens-keyboard does not open. If I click in the SUBJECT: field the keyboard pops up then I can go back to the TO: field and enter an address. I have seen this on my friends 4 also. Is this a known issue?

A hard reset should do the trick. Hold both buttons (Power and Home) until you see the Apple logo.

I cannot enter a TO email address when sending an email from PHOTOS - viewing a photo then directly emailing it. I can enter a CC, BCC, subject but not the main recepient. I tried a hard reset to no avail. Any ideas?

I have to tap the actual TO, that brings it up perfectly every time.

It takes a few seconds while the picture loads. More pictures sent, more time.
