cant enable cookies on iphone 4??

i click enable then try to go on a website that you need cookies and it just says that i need to enable cookies
then when i go back to settings it still saying that cookies are disabled??

im on iphone 4, 4.1 ios , limerain jailbreak

and this is the only problem im having its bin here for a few months now but i only just got teh time to post on here thanks
