Can't activate iPhone 3gs 4.3.3 vis SAM (more inside)

So, 3gs with 4.3.3 made via sn0wbreeze-v2.7.3 with hacktivation enabled, no original sim (bought from ebay). 6.15 modem.

I installed this custom firmware, installed SAM from cydia and followed this guide:
Download SAM to Activate iPhone 4/3GS Officially on iOS 4.3.3 | Jaxov

Stockification success, but when i plug in my iphone to itunes i got The SIM card inserted... doesn't appear to be supported.

What should i do?

And why there is no normal way to hacktivate phone so wouldn't drain energy and won't kill push?

Its telling me that there are no sim
