I have been trying to find out how to edit the saved passwords in safari. First there is no option to access passwords in settings. The only way I can see the list is when I log on a website and safari allows me to choose the password for the site. I can see a complete list but I cannot edit that list.
I don’t own a Mac and am using the latest update 11.4.1
Any idea how to do this?

You‘ll find it in the Settings app, in Passwords & Accounts.
