Camera Shutter No Sound.

Have you checked the mute switch on the side of the iPhone to make sure it's not been set to mute? If it has it will mute the camera shutter and other sounds such as the ringtone and keyboard clicks.

No the switch is not on mute and the volume is all the way up it's weird

Make sure Live Photos is turned off.
