Camera Burst Unwanted

Obviously new to iPhone. I used the camera for the first time and got a burst each time I touched the release.

Any way to change this or the sensitivity?

Unfortunately no. You just have to remember to release the finger pressure on the shutter button as soon as the shutter fires. Holding it too long will take a burst of photos.

Wow, I didn't even know we could do that. I can see some use for it,but perhaps a setting to modify the timing would be beneficial.

I was waiting for an answer to your question hoping for a good one. I use free app called free shot lite now seems to do the job
