Caller ID

Can someone tell me what I can do with my phone.
My caller ID is on. But nobody can see my phonenumber if I'm calling.
The profider says they can't help, because they have already settled everything on their side.

Enabling “Show my Caller ID“ in Settings - Phone - Calls is all you can do. It’s a carrier feature, so if you’ve turned it on, it should be working.

You can try disabling and enabling it again in your settings, or force starting your device. Maybe resetting network settings in Settings - General - Reset can help. There’s nothing else that could be done, afaik.
