Best solution to use iphone as an USB drive?

What is the best solution to use iphone as an USB drive? The best I have found so far is USB drive from iclarify, it lets me create an virtual disk and make it detectable when connected to the PC. The problem is that there's no way to view the files I have on my iphone. I'm looking for one that has a simple interface on the iphone that allows me to view/manage the files I have stored on it.

Does such thing exist?

Download, iFunbox. The program recognizes your iPhone as an USB drive. I personally use this to add software that is not aloud on the iPhone, or delete the stupid/useless stuff that comes with it. If you see anything that says to download iExplorer, dont do it, iExplorer is straight ****. What do you need this for anyways?
