auto text without VOICE !!!!

I have iphone 4, the speak auto text is turned on but for some reason the Voice is not working like "Capital I " or any other correction which is usually with voice, Please help, Thank you

Yup, I have same problem - just upgrade o/s to 4.3 on my 3GS and it no longer pronounces the auto correct text.
