Atomic worst cust service ever?? Help!

I ordered a case (atomic hybrid) on 12/13..said 10 day to ship. Been over 2 weeks and i cant reach them. Have sent 2 emails and pm'd the rep on this forum over the last week to ask if i could add a carbon back. No reply at all to any of them.

I am scared I might have been taken for 96 bucks!!

Anyone know who to call???

go figure..it came today. no return emails and still says processing on their site. no tracking number when shipped like site said...

oh well, looks insane on and feels awesome to hold!!!
