So last night I made the video for the [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3tSRIMeA88"]iPhone 4 Antenna Fix [/ame] it was going up 1-5 views a minute. It was going to keep going, knowing that since it was that popular at like 5 in the morning it would just go up.
Then it hit 310 views and froze. The views would not go up. Went and investigated this. Supposedly this is a known "problem" which actually isn't really a problem for anyone but me. I thrive off getting the videos out as fast as I can. It's what gets them views.
So what happened is, YouTube's, I don't even know what to call it, "security", basically overloaded with traffic for the video. What this means is that it needs to authenticate all those views to make sure they aren't bots... I noticed this happen to a few people today.
It made me pretty mad. Has this ever happened to you?
