Apps are taking over 5mims each to complete. Is this normal? Android was almost instant on wifi.

Android was almost instant on wifi. Click to expand... No, that's not right. I had plenty of times I downloaded updates from Google Play and it took abnormally long, and that would be on wifi. Depends upon the size of the download and how busy the network is.
