Apps take forever to download

Apps are taking over 5mims each to complete. Is this normal? Android was almost instant on wifi.

No, that's not right. I had plenty of times I downloaded updates from Google Play and it took abnormally long, and that would be on wifi.

Depends upon the size of the download and how busy the network is.

Using wifi it's still incredibly slow.
