Appmaker for HTML / Javascript pages

Hi,
I have created a webpage long ago with some HTML and Javascript on it. Want to make an APP out of these. I have seen apps made of Wikipedia-pages. Not sure if these were converted to WAP or something simpler format though.

But as the question sounds. What program (prefered freeware) can make app out of HTML pages? Any one know?
