thats what i did,its been worth every penny already,the amount of times i go out without much charge on my phone.

for example, today when i drove to class, i forgot my cable at home. now i have no way to charge my iphone. if i still had my 4s i wouldnt have had a problem since i have a cable in the car and my bag.

thats exactly it,i hardly ever remembered to take the original cable with me,then the odd time i did i would leave it in the car then have to go back out to the garage to get it,definitely worth spending a bit more cash on a spare.

I ordered one extra apple cable from amazon for my car. I plan on getting the new iPad next year which uses the same cable. May as well start stocking up now LoL
