This is the second time I've had this happen. The first time was with 1Password, and I paid the money (foolish), wrote to the app store about it, and they did refund my money.

This time it was an app called send tab. Send tab is suppose to be able to send a website from your computer to your phone and from your phone to computer. It's .99.

This time being a bit wiser I simply downloaded it from my iTunes, but why didn't it recognize I had paid for the app?

Speaking about this app it doesn't do a good job of sending from computer, but it does an excellent job of sending from phone to computer. For the computer to phone, which is the more common experience Google's Chrome Mobil is the way to go. Chrome browser is required in the phone to do this.

I know most of you are aware of how to avoid being charged twice, I just thought I'd make a mention of it for people new to iPhone.
