Apple Marks Down Beats Powerbeats2 in Apple Watch Colors to $179

On Monday, we noted that Apple had refreshed its line of Beats Powerbeats2 with a new range of colorways. The new colors of the wireless earbuds match those of the Apple Watch Sport watchbands and debuted at the $199 price point.

It seems that Apple wants to get things poppin' with these new Powerbeats2 colors. Our favorite fruit company updated its site today, marking the earbuds down to $179, which is $20 less for those of you without a super-calculator.

The Powerbeats2 feature Bluetooth technology, which will sync directly to an iOS device or Apple Watch, making them a great companion at the gym. However, if you're looking to purchase a set of these bad boys and not too picky on color, Amazon is currently offering the Powerbeats2 in red from $169.
