My cousin recently purchased 2 iPhone Xs and decided to post a review of it on YouTube. While doing the video he accidentally showed his Apple ID and now someone has stolen his ID! I'm not sure what to do by this point, any suggestions?

He should reset his password, and choose a stronger one. There are also a few options to keep the ID more secure: two step verification, and two factor authentication. He should set up one of these, after accessing his Apple ID again.

Help please why had iOS 11.3 got back to iOS 11.1 I was iOS 11.3 update so why got back to iOS 11.1 when update it

You may have been on iOS 11.0.3 and then upgraded to iOS 11.1

The last iOS update was 11.1. Last one before it may have been 11.0.3. But latest version of iOS is 11.1.
