Hi I was signed up to Apple beta version an it automatically adds the Apple feedback app... since iOS 11 came out I’ve deleted my beta profile but can’t seem to get the feedback app to leave... any suggestions?

Restart your device, in case you haven’t done this since updating to iOS 11. Leave the program. Here’s a link that explains how to do that:

The latest software is 11.0.2. Update to that iOS version.

I have done both restarting an unenrolling. As far as updating to 11.0.2 that must be a beta version?

The beta version is 11.1.
iOS 11.0.2 is the latest official software version.

Ok so my phone has 11.1 on it... is there a way to go back to 11.0.2 without plugging into iTunes?

No. You'll have to do a full restore on your iPhone and can set it up from a backup made before upgrading to the beta version of iOS 11.
