Is there any application or website for the 4 so you can either stream/download movies or tv shows free of charge? I know for the PC there are many website where you can stream tv show or movies, anything like that for the iPhone?

Only app I've seen on app store is Jutin.tv, very similar to what you're after.

That seems like just video clips no actually full length movies or tv shows, looks like YouTube kind of accept you have to pay to downloAd the app

iTunes app in your phone have 1000 of videos, tv shows, cinema etc... Some are free and some are paid. You might want to have a look.
