Any ideas what this means? Get this when I try to update any app. Thanks in advance.

Do you have more than one Apple ID? The pop up means that the apps in question were purchased or downloaded for free with another Apple ID. You’ll have to sign out of the App Store and sign in with the Apple ID used to acquire these apps.
