Anyone good with photoshop...?

I need someone to make me a new avatar. I want basically what I have but with a Scotland flag instead on the rainbow colours. As I will be using this as my avatar it needs to be at most 80 by 80 pixels and under 19.5 KB

Can anyone do this for me? Thanks in advance...

Personally illustrator is a better program for a logo
