If you're losing weight, then why do you need it? In any event, don't buy "Zombies, Run!" because it's pathetic. It's basically just a music player that does a little story between each song.I am losing weight now.

There are many apps discussing carb count/glucose monitoring. These are specifically geared towards people that have diabetes, however these apps can be useful to anyone wanting to reduce carb intake.

Unless there's a particular app out there that'll turn your iDevice into a treadmill or weight bench... I doubt any of them will help you lose weight. However, there are many apps that give you tips for weight loss and help track progress you're making. Check out the App Store section "Lifestyles."
