Annoyed: 5S Automatically Removes Songs

Title says it all.

I'll download a couple albums, a few days later songs from albums randomly go missing on my 5S

Please help!

I've had it happen with my iPad 4, iPad Air 2, iPhone 5, and iPhone 6 plus as well. For me, it's not just music that disappears but movies and TV shows as well.
