AlwaysArrange is an upcoming Cydia Tweak which will allow you to move your Springboard icons freely. Normally, you would need to hold down and icon to enter wiggle mode and only then would you be able to move your icons around. Using this Tweak, you can set the hold duration from 0-1 seconds so that your icons will move when you want them too. Now you can delete your icons this way, so to go into standard wiggle mode, you can drag an icon onto the Status Bar. AlwaysArrange will be available soon in the Cydia Store.
