TopLabels is a Cydia Tweak which will move your icon labels closer to the top on your app icon. Instead of having your label at the bottom, why not save room and superimpose it on your applications icon. Unfortunately there are no settings to adjust with this Tweak so some labels might be hard to see on a white app icon. It would be nice to adjust the label's Y-axis so that you can place it anywhere for better legibility. Maybe we can see an update with things like shadows, adjustment, and font colors in the near future. TopLabels can be found for FREE under the Big Boss Repo in the Cydia Store.
