hey everyone i have the verizon iPhone 4 and its slippery when i don't have a case on it so i was wondering if i switched the glass back out for a aluminum one would it help any
 
Someone has to know or have a aluminum back that can answer my question

Don't you think it would be slippery. Glass and aluminum are not grippy surfaces. Why not throw a rubber case on it.

I don't always use a case either. What I did was get a carbon fiber back. It makes it less slippery and more importantly, protects the camera lens when I lay my phone flat on a counter.

Bumpers are ugly.
 
i hate cases but I'm forced to use a case with this phone because of how slippery it is.
i have about 6 different cases and I've even had the carbon fiber skin on the back and edges and still seemed very slippery especially since my hands sweat
 
i wish they would come out with more backs like they have for the ATT iPhone that are leather and plastic and all kinds of stuff
 
You could line the back with Velcro, then it won't slip out of you pocket but you might get embarrassing noises ;) - handy as a car cradle to lol!

If size don't matter get a griffin survivor case, very grippy even stays put on the dash
