After jailbreak....4s ear volume is low?

Had phone jailbroken for a while. latest firmware and have a ton of programs on phone. can't remember what app made volume lower. any real work arounds?

I'm having the same problem! Does the volume go back to a high level when you open up your phone option and then close it?
