Adding a protective passcode to open a specific document?

I need to carry a notepad or two of important info e.g. bank account No. emails & passwords and so on.

Can I do this on the iphone so that a passcode is needed to open the note?

There are many apps, I use one called Bitwarden. Search on the App Store for password managers.
