Is there way to make multiple downloads at one time from the iCloud website? Because I have 1500+ photos+videos and all are in iCloud.

Welcome to iPhoneForums!

Use iCloud Photo Sharing. Enable it on the iPhone and the other device you use, and share them with yourself, if you have a second email account. That way you can share as many photos as you need at one time.

But in that way, I have to select all photos and videos anyway.

That's easier when you choose all, or certain days.
