Hello I my iCloud now the issue for download pix how. With my old 4s I import all the 150 pix on pc then uploaded 60 selected pix from pc to iCloud now download on new 5s how? All I do to save the data now problem in download should I delete all from iCloud then again allow old device to upload.

If the images are in iCloud, enable iCloud Photo Library or Upload to My PhotoStream in Settings - Photos & Camera on the iPhone 5s, in order to get them to the device.
