If you have a blender at home, then you probably have heard about the Blendtec brand. And if you watch many witty YouTube videos, then you probably have heard about the “Will it Blend?” videos, as well. Blendtec’s founder, Tom Dickson, during each of his Will It Blend? videos published on YouTube chooses different objects that he puts in the blender and tries to smash.

This time, Mister Dickson has decide to see whether or not the Blendtec blender can blend a gold iPhone 5s and a few iPhone 5c units. This is Blendtec’s most “expensive” video yet, but it will definitely help them get more eyeballs and exposure. At this moment, Blendtec’s Will It Blend? channel has almost 230 million views.

In the beginning of the video we can see Tom in his trademark white explaining that he had to buy four colored plastic iPhone 5c smartphones as it was too difficult to get his hands on the gold iPhone 5s. Seconds later, his alter ego, the “Gold Tom,” appears with a gold iPhone 5s and a gold Blendtec Designer Series blender, challenging the regular Tom to put them in the blender.

If you haven’t watched yet the above video, which I really doubt, you should know that the iPhones were reduced to icky plastic dust. This is not the first time we see iPhones getting blended, as the company previously tested other iPhones and even iPads.

What do you think about the video? Did it make you shed a tear for the destroyed Apple shiny toys or did you enjoy every moment of it?
