A 13 Pro-Max question

Greetings All,

I received a 13 Pro-Max for Christmas and I'm still trying to get used to some of it's "quirks" and that leads me to post a few questions here. To begin with, I have two numbers that I dial (they aren't in my contacts list and I don't have them programmed in) my parents house and my wife's cell #. However, when they call me, their names appear in all caps. Can anyone tell me why this is? Also, I run Windows 7 Professional on my PC and I am trying to make a ring tone out of a sound effect I have. Many things in my older version of iTunes don't want to seem to work properly and as such, I cannot create the ring tone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think the info about who is calling you is provided by the phone provide, in this case whomever is the phone provider for your parents and your wife’s cell phone,
