5.0.1 3gs jailbreak

I'm running my 5.0.1 firmware and jailbroke it with redsn0w. I downloaded dtunes and it crashes right after I open it. Also the phone is jumpy during some games. Any ideas why or how to fix?

You will needs to do a fresh restore in Itunes and re-jailbrreak. There are some apps not so stable with new (OS) jailbreak.

Is there a way to restore and not loose my contacts. Last time I updated and rejailbroke my phone the contacts got deleted

Just make sure you perform a backup via iTunes before you restore. The backup saves all of your contacts and data that gets placed back onto your device when the restore is finished.

Yea I could have sworn I did that but when I restored it from that backup it had no data on it. But Ill try again. *Cross fingers*
