4s facetime camera not working

so when my friend calls me my facetime camera is black and will not work. audio works just no video. no if i call him right back my camera works just fine. im on 5.0.1 jb. it used to work but it stopped here about a month ago and i have removed all my tweaks but the one i have had for a while when the camera was working. please any ideas would be great.

I know it seems trivial... but have you tried a Hard Reset? A lot of times this simple action can clear up little glitches.

im sorry i should have said what i have tried.

1. restart phone
2. hold power and home till shutoff
3. remove almost all tweaks.
