4S - 5.1.1: Need LaunchDaemon "com.apple.hostapd.plist"

Hi everybody,

I accidentally deleted the com.apple.hostapd.plist from my iPhone 4S and now need it to be able to use my phone as a tethering hotspot.
I'm running iOS 5.1.1 (9B206) and don't want to have to restore and reconfigure my whole phone just for one file. Would someone possibly be able to PM me this file?
