3gs front panel sensors

Hill, i have a dumb question. I would be very thankful if spmebody could tell me where is ambient light sensor on 3gs. I tryed over internet, i could not find picture. Have a problem with one 3gs with ambient light and its not cable , its a black hole. Cheerd

It's build into the speaker assembly.

I know that, i opened it. Here is a picture
I guess that one that i painted with a green color and one with red arrow. I need comfirmation

Do you have any idea why it might not work? Its not original apple front glass, its white just like in picture. Reinstall earpeace and flex for sensors. Use another one that i know its working. Is it posible that black thing in front is to black?
