2 iPhone One computer

Can anybody tell me how to keep two iPhone active sincronized with Outlook in my computer through iTunes. I have an iPhone 3 and an I just got an iPhone 4S. I'm currently using my iPhone 3 with Outlook. I would like to syncronize now my 4S in order to put into it all my contacts, calendars, music and so on. If possible I would like to keep both iPhone syncronized with my computer. What should I do and what can I do?

Well this can be tricky, and Outlook syncing is a train wreck. So i have been told, it is very unreliable with iPhone syncing. What king of iPhone is the old one. There The "iPhone 3" does not exactly exist. There is no such device. i am assuming you have an iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS, or the iPhone 2g which is the same thing as the 1g iPhone.

What iPhone model is it exactly and what iOS is it on? Also, iTunes must be updated to the latest version. Is the old iPhone going to be used by somone else. Why do you need 2 phones?
