Ultrasn0w didn't unlock over IOS 5.0.1

My iPhone: 3GS, baseband 06.15.00, updated to IOS 5.0.1 (9A405) successfully by sn0wbreeze v2.8b11 on windows 7, jailbreak and Cydia installed by redsn0w_win_0.9.9b8 successfully, ultrasn0w 1.2.4 installed by Cydia, device operanting normally but no signal to phone (no service).
Anyone could help me to fix this?

I have this exact problem and others also from what I've read. Patiently waiting for some advice too. I'm still showing no service.
