It's impossible to sneeze with your eyes open.

Someone wearing an eyepatch, can't remember who it was as usual was asked, what happened to your car. He replied, l sneezed while driving and crashed it.

Jungholz, a town in Austria, is only accessible by road from Germany. Its single point of connection to the rest of Austria is the summit of a mountain. It was considered part of Germany for Customs purposes prior to Austria joining the EU.

The town (for want of a better word) of Hyder, Alaska is in a similar position. It is accessible by road only from British Columbia.

Skagway, Alaska is only accessible by road via a road that passes through British Columbia before connecting to the Alaska Highway in the Yukon Territory.

Kaisertal, a lovely and quiet mountain valley near Kufstein, Austria, could only be reached on foot, until June 1, 2008. If an inhabitant of the valley bought a car, a helicopter brought it to the owner.
Now, the only people allowed to drive to and from that valley, are the inhabitants of Kaisertal. Tourists still have to walk to get there.
